The part of the planetary gearbox that is most susceptible to damage

Planetary gearbox is a widely used precision transmission component, and the components inside are inevitably damaged over time. In order to maintain its normal operation for a long time, we need to regularly inspect and maintain it. The three most easily damaged components in servo gearbox components are gears, oil seals, and bearings.

1. Gears, are the core components of planetary gearboxes. Planetary reduction gears intermesh with each other to transfer power during operation. General planetary gearboxes operate at very high speeds, so the gears are very prone to wear. Every once in a while, we do a check of the planetary reduction gear to make sure the planetary reduction gear is working properly.
2. An oil seal for the lubricating oil, which produces a large amount of heat when the planetary gearbox is working, causes a sharp rise in the internal temperature of the planetary gearbox. But planetary gearboxes at high temperatures tend to make the oil seal deformation part of the oil seep out, so usually observe the leakage of oil inside the planetary gearboxes. Once an oil leak is found, the oil seal should be replaced in time, followed by the addition of a suitable amount of lubricating oil to ensure proper operation of the planetary reduction gear.
3. Bearing, Planetary reduction gear is generally an important fitting for high speed operation, which tends to cause bearing damage, usually once planetary reduction gear is found to have unusual phenomena. Check the bearings in time and replace them in time if damaged.
